Include each entry in a manila folder with entry forms stapled or securely attached to the front. If entry has multiple pages, ensure that pages are securely fastened together. Include any story jumps. PhotographyPrints must be no larger than 11” x 14” and no smaller than 8” x 10.” Include a typed caption describing the photo. Prints can be black and white or color.
